I am trying to set my modem for chat..

the first line of /etc/options is /dev/ttyb what is the right device for
com3 ... /dev/ttyc ???
Do I have to create the device or it was created during the
installation...MAKEDEVICE? 

Also I need to change the irq to 5... I need something like setserial...
