pmax & alpha snapshots

just if anyone wanted to get the pmax or alpha snapshots from

  miranda.rz-berlin.mpg.de:/pub/OpenBSD/[pmax,alpha]/970505

as announced some days ago and failed due to network problems - now is
a good time to retry - we had big network problems here which are
hopefully solved now
