NEW: 96/12/13 i386 Snapshot

I have made a brand new i386 snapshot available. It will show up in
pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/i386 on all the ftp servers over the next few
days.

REMEMBER: DO NOT FTP FROM
	www.openbsd.org, cvs.openbsd.org, openbsd.org

Use
	ftp.openbsd.org or
	ftp1.usa.openbsd.org
	ftp2.usa.openbsd.org
	ftp.au.openbsd.org
	ftp.fr.openbsd.org
	ftp.jp.openbsd.org
etc, etc...
