cvs broken?

Have I lost my mind...

Two nights ago I was able to do a

cvs -d anoncvs_(_at_)_anoncvs_(_dot_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_org:/cvs co src/sys

using ssh.  last night and tonight I've been unable to do the same
thing.  Has anybody else seen this?
