 I tried to reproduce this, but failed. 
 
 I'm going to close this PR, since it lacks almost any useful data:
 dhcpd.conf, leases file and daemon log file, for example. Please
 submit a complete bug report with all relevant data, otherwise it's
 just guessing for us.
