I just decided to try installing OpenBSD 3.8 on my company laptop
Compac(HP) nc8000, and got a kernel panic during boot from
the standard boot CD (cd38.iso CDBOOT 1.04). No boot args just a
straight boot from install CD.
Hand writing the tail of blue boot messages:

Reproduces with the same uvm_fault address and pc values.
