Since we do not have libscsi anymore, it would be best to extract the
relevant pieces from the old man page at
http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/lib/libutil/Attic/scsi.3?rev=1.11&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup
and put those pieces into scsi(8).
