Broadcom 44xx Ethernet Driver

OpenBSD apparently does not have drivers for Broadcom 4400 series Ethernet
cards. This is a problem as many new computers (i.e. Dell's) are shipping with
these cards. I've located the bfe0 interface code in the FreeBSD[5.2] cvs
tree. I've also noted sveral header files that it requires which are not
provided (in the same location) in OpenBSD. See below. I would also like to add
that there is a Linux driver for this as well.

Apparently there is now also a driver compiled into ther kernel or as a
linux kernel module.
