www patch

powerpc.html -> macppc.html and PowerPC -> MacPPC in a few places
standardize copyright meta tag to the most common version:
<meta name="copyright" content="This document copyright ????-???? by
OpenBSD.">
(do we need to extend all the copyrights to 2001? there are still many
 older ones)
add alt image tag in index.html
alphabetize platforms in faq1.html
add more links to INSTALL docs in faq4.html
add link to upgrade-minifaq from faq/index.html
use make target in upgrade-minifaq instead of mtree
mention PuTTY utils and Secure iXplorer on openssh/windows.html
