2.8 panic

This is the reboot message after installing OpenBSD 2.8 via a CDROM copy of
the downloaded system from ftp.rediris.es. Standard floopy disk worked fine.

Since I can´t run dmesg, I get the above message by hand, but I hope there
aren´t errors.
I already have working OpenBSD in another machine (AMD K6 400, IDE HD and
CDROM), but I can´t network from this, because ne1 IRQ is 10 and it appears
as 5 at boot time. This leads to
ne1:device timeout
If I fix this, you will get my dmesg.
If it is helpful to you, I can send you my dmesg from these two machines
running Linux (Debian and Slackware).
Best wishes
