CVS patch branch broken for ssh

Tried sendbug but my OBSD machine not properly configured as relay yet.

Recent changes to the ssh Makefile in _OPENBSD_2_7 have broken builds.

The Makefile references a directory sftp-server which doesn't exist. The
files related to sftp-server (sftp-server.8 and sftp-server.c) are located
in the /usr/src/usr.bin/ssh directory.

Perhaps these changes were back-ported from current and the 2.7 structure
wasn't fully updated.
