SSHD bug for 2.7

The bug is really minor, its in the default install,aaProblem:aaIf
/etc/skeykeys is removed , sshd will not accept any login attemptsaand its
going to coredump in /sshd.core.aaFix:aaedit /etc/sshd_config and uncomment
SkeyAuthentication no and HUPasshd.aaTest:arm -f /etc/skeykeys and try
ssh'ing in the system.aBugs works in 2.7-rel and 2.7-current
