Have all moved from ip addr 128.138.192.83 (openbsd.cs.colorado.edu)
to 128.138.192.84 (anonopenbsd.cs.colorado.edu).  If you are having
problems connecting you probably have old DNS data cached.

The new machine is faster and has more disk which should speed up
anoncvs a bit.

PS: for those mirroring you can now mirror both the ftp site and
    cvs repository using anonymous rsync if you wish.  There is
    blurb you can see if you "telnet ftp3.usa.openbsd.org 873".
