Walloping Mistake
I realize now that I'm using OpenBSD 2.3 (GENERIC) #6, and not OpenBSD 2.4. I haven't touched these boxes for some
time, and I mixed them up with two other firewalls I had long ago abandoned. Anyway, sorry for the dumbass mistake.
I guess my question about Intel 82557 network card compatibility takes on an entirely different dimension now.
Perhaps I should just upgrade to 2.4? I hope I don't have to, because I don't have the time really. And this card
used to work in this machine, so I doubt I would need to.
