Scroll Lock & Reboot fun
OK folks, before I say "this must be a bug", I thought I would
seek the wisdom of tech@openbsd.org.
I had to drive to my office and back this morning, Sunday, because a
remote reboot (to clear an non-umountable nfs mount no less) never
came back. What did I find when I got there ? I must have accidently
pressed Scroll Lock on the keyboard (this is a vanilla i386 machine
BTW) and the reboot hung. Odd I thought, but very easily reproducable.
Press Scroll Lock to turn it of, and the machine continues to reboot
instantly. sigh.
Is this desirable behaviour ? Or is it a bug ?
Regards,
