I remember there being an icon set for fvwm that made it look and
act a bit like CDE. It didn't have the funky file manager or utils,
but it had the look. You'd click on the icon that would normally
fire up the config manager and gimp would load.

If it is still around, it's on sunsite (rather metasite).
