Recent changes in the bge driver

Hi All,

Just to let you know that the recent changes in the bge driver
mean that bge works with the onboard broadcom adapter in
the HP/Compaq d530e desktop.

USB is still broken for this machine (if anybody wants
diags/messages please contact me directly), but other than that
it's very usable.

This is all tested with source from CVS update at 00:30 on
30/11/2003.

dmesg follows...

Thanks,
Michael
