Load balancer

Hi,
I'm currently exploring some software to do load-balancing with my OpenBSD
box.
It should provide session persistancy, so the results are rare.
Perhaps someone of you does know a piece of software I could use ?

By the way, I can't install OpenBSD 3.1 on my Sony Vaio.
I searched arround and found a tip to do a boot -c and then disable pcibios.
It didn't help.
The pcmcia card with cdrom attatched is found (NInjaATA), but I can't mount
it.
