isakmpd.policy bug

hi ,
    It appears when generating passphrases for the manual keys for use
in
the 'isakmpd.policy' that if the manual passphrase is a [non] alpha & |
num it
will fail. For example '_' will cause your policy to fail. The error
generated is
no compatible policy. Which having entered the infinite loop on that one
it
might take a while to break out:-)) I am posting to misc for the
archives.
Parsing the manuals have not found any mention of this or in the
archives
nearest i can tell. Hope this helps someone.
