Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  It's fixed now.

The basic problem here is that the cvs tmp partition gets irreparably
corrupted after some number of hours of heavy use.  I have swapped out the
disk, the scsi controller, all cables and terminators, and the power supply
looking for a fix.  I am starting to wonder if there is some bug in the file
system code.

In a week or two I expect to put in a whole new machine with enough ram for
an mfs tmp partition.  That should help.
