naming pf

I know this is pedantic, and maybe silly, but sometimes naming helps 
make things easier to use and document....

I've just been installing the latest snapshots, and did man29 as well.
Apropos pf gets rather a lot of junk. 

I suggest npf instead.  This naming is similar to the history of names 
that I remember in BSD (new pf), and would be more like what it 
actually does ("Network Packet Filter") and distinguished from bpf.

It would make locate a lot easier, too.  There's nothing that looks 
like "npf" in the current source tree.

Just a thought.  It's quite amazing all the work that was done last 
week!
