Example BSD license that would likely fit the bill

IPFilter would have to have a license formed something like this:

http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.html

Specifically:

"Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without
modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are
met..."

Those appear to be the magic words.
