ohci USB lockup resolved

I have found a "fix" for the ohci lockup at boot. Reverting to revision
1.7 of sys/pci/ohci_pci.c fixes my lockup problems.

The change between 1.7 and -current is the moving of the ohci_init from
after the setup of the PCI interrupt to before.
