I agree, Theo. It may also be worth pointing out, at
this juncture, that GCC is not either. Stallman may call GPLed 
software "Free Software," but in fact it's also un-free in a
way that burns commercial developers. (As the late Doug Adams 
so glibly put it, "Capital letters were always the best way of 
dealing with things you didn't have a good answer to.")
