Now the pop quiz: Is saying "with or without modifications" in the
paragraph above required. The answer: almost certainly "yes", as it
grants a part of the copyright, and unless otherwise noted a copyright
is held intact.
SO, basically, Darren withheld 4 words and kept IPF unmodifiable. So
