Yup..me thinks as well...

[root@satan kevin]# ps -ax | grep exis

/var/exim/
[root@satan kevin]# zap -y exiscan
  PID TT   STAT      TIME COMMAND
18985 p6  S       0:42.32 /usr/bin/perl /var/exim/exiscan/exiscan.pl
/var/exim/
[root@satan kevin]# zap -y exiscan
  PID TT   STAT      TIME COMMAND
18985 p6  S       0:42.32 /usr/bin/perl /var/exim/exiscan/exiscan.pl
/var/exim/
[root@satan kevin]# zap -y exiscan
  PID TT   STAT      TIME COMMAND
18985 p6  S       0:42.32 /usr/bin/perl /var/exim/exiscan/exiscan.pl
/var/exim/
[root@satan kevin]#

This is not the only case, at many times, even -s HUP sig's are not
caught. Either case, its not a biggie.
