It was my impression that killall or something was never included in
OpenBSD for religious reasons (you should know well _what_ do you kill).
Am i wrong?
I am supporting some OpenBSD-based boxen and if a client asks me about
killall i usually answer "What for? You mean that thing does not create
pidfile? Ok, i will fix _that_ and create a shutdown/restart script for you".
