killall again
I know I've seen posts on this before belittling killall, however, I really
do find it saves me the work (that the machine should be doing) of grepping
ps, and killing individual processes.
I'm guessing that it's because the current (freebsd) version is a perl
script that walks /proc that no one wants it, as /proc is not in by default
for OpenBSD.
So, I'm wondering, if I went to the work of implementing it using kvm, and
it was "all good", if it would be accepted into the tree (after review I'm
guessing) ?
Thanks,
Ian
