Don't know about the font, but the reason some are still man is that
they're basically Darren's originals.

It is a real PITA to keep things up to date when they are mandoc'ed,
as all documentation must be "patched" by hand.

ipnat(5) is particularly bad, because the grammar therein has been
completely re-written. Merging the new ipnat grammar changes is
a true hassle.
