this is useful for things like fixing PREFIX install dependencies - for
example, i always install packages in /usr/local, using pkg_add -p. but
this breaks some software like gtk, with its crummy/bogus gtk-config
script - an INSTALL script should take care of this in POST-INSTALL, as
documented in pkg_add(1).
