I wrote some quick and dirty notes once, but they are outdated now and buried
deep in some cvs Attic. I think that your best shot is to try to dig in
the arla-drinkers archives at http://www.stacken.kth.se/projekt/arla/ or
in the cvs repository at /afs/stacken.kth.se/src/SourceRepository in
arla/doc/Attic/message_if.txt
