new python port

I have updated the Python port 1.5.2 and am putting it here for
comment/testing before I commit it.

I'm mainly interested in how it works on arch's other than i386.  If its
ok I'll also take over maintainership of this port as the previous
maintainer, don@openbsd.org doesn't seem to exist.

I have also placed packages for 2.6/i386 at:
	http://www.lights.com/~ish/jason/openbsd/

I'll probably commit this port after a few days of using it.
