This poses a few questions and problems. 2.6 what? The Release off the cd
and 2.6 directories i'll assume. Can I also assume then that we are not
allow to apply any patches, good or bad, security or not to the 2.6 release
because that would make it no longer the 2.6 release. Those patches may or
may not have an adverse affect on some of the ports.

Does this also mean we can no longer play with the current ports tree as
bsd.port.mk changes?

Catch ya,
