imapd port w/c-client (fwd)

This really doesn't count as a port - I'd say it was more of a
single-minded re-packaging of the Pine port.

It installs two things that are in the Pine build but related to Pine
only by protocol: the IMAP daemon, and the c-client library applications
can use to access the daemon.

It sounded like lots of people have just copied the files over, but 
packages make administration so much better :-)

I'd like to give credit in the package to whomever ported Pine - they
certainly deserve the kudos. I don't know who that is though...

Please let me know if I did anything strange/wrong/stupid in the package,
I'll try to fix it. Otherwise, enjoy-
