mkhybrid

I have a port for mkhybrid (creates ISO9660, Joliet, HFSS, and Rockridge
filesystems). It's just a modification of the FreeBSD port. I added the OpenBSD
CVS tags, updated the Makefile and md5 for the newest version and added 1
patch. It's available at:

http://www.wopr.org/mkhybrid.tar.gz

If anyone wants to maintain it(shouldn't be tough :) )then it should be ready
for the ports tree.
