updates to a whole load of my ports

Attached are updates to the following ports:

archivers/p5-Archive-Zip
archivers/p5-Compress-Zlib
devel/p5-MLDBM-Sync
net/p5-Net-Daemon
net/p5-Net-IP
net/p5-Net-ParseWhois
net/p5-Net-Whois
mail/exim
textproc/p5-String-Random
www/mod_perl
www/p5-Apache-ASP

The last also has a new file for the patches directory, but I could figure
how to make 'cvs diff' add new files.

Anyone with interest in these ports, please test and report any comments.
All builds and test have ONLY been done my me on 3.2 / 3.2-current on an
i386 box.

There have been numerous changes to the ports system, and I have probably
missed some fundemental style changes - please educate me.

Finally, as I do not have commit access anymore, who volunteers to pick
these up after feedback and commit them ?
