Java and the "java.net.SocketException: Resource temporarily unavailable" issue

Hi!

I've been looking around but I have not been able to find
out if there is a solution to the problems with the java
vm on my OpenBSD 3.1 system.

The problem is that a <InputStream>.read() that should block
instead causes:
>>java.net.SocketException: Resource temporarily unavailable<<

I hope someone can help me with this and/or tell me how to
solve or "workaround" the problem. I intend to run Tomcat
(via Apache) on my 3.1 system.
