BIND9 library reference?

Whilest testing bind9 for our IPS Systems upgrade, I saw something
in an error message that leads me to believe that the bind9 port 
is not fully configured to install away from the 'ports tree'

srv3-meb# ps -ax |grep name
10034 ??  Is      0:00.03 named -t /var/named -u named

Amoung other things, the "/usr/ports/net/bind9/w-bind-9.2.1p1/bind-9.2.1/lib/isc/unix/errno2result.c:107" line
seems to indicate that the lib linkages are using the wrong path?

Understand that "I understand" it is, in fact, running...but I question the
configuration.

Is this intended, or in need of some tweaks?
