PHP and signals - for the archives

If anyone is using PHP 4.3.0pre releases, or the CVS versions, be aware that
signal handling has changed in a way that's currently not in the PHP docs:

I thought this might be an OpenBSD problem before (on this list), but it's
not, so I wanted to record this info on here.

And I know it's not a current port, but it will be one day...
