mono on openbsd i386 current

hi

this evening i worked on a test build of mono, the c# framework being
developed by the gnu/gnome/kde ppl, on openbsd i386. in short, it pretty
much compiles nearly cleanly. it requires:

	libtool-1.3.5p3
	automake-1.4-p6
	autoconf-2.13
	bison-1.35
	pth-1.4.1
	gmake-3.79.1
	glib2-2.0.4
	glib-1.2.10

and pkg-config to also be built. pkg-config was built ok and needed only
one extra -pthread to be added to get linking with threads right. mono
itself needed only one adjustment to an include path. this was with a
snapshot of mono from cvs.

i pass this out there for anyone who wants to try and wield mono into
openbsd. its more than i want to dork around with any further.
