Mans Nilsson and Can Erkin Acar have both given me feedback. Mans back
when i originally posted the port in february noted a problem with some
non-western character translations, and at the time i reported to him i
thought this came from the dvi encoding of these characters. i don't think
these problems can be fixed in any meaningful way until openbsd supports
either wide characters or some form of extended representations of
characters past 8 bits. can noted a checksum issue (turned out to be some
changes in the release notes) which has been fixed. both tested on i386.
further feedback requested ... enough people find this useful when they
do look at it i think its worth including. moreso than l2a, even ...
