abiword 1.0.2 update

Here is the update for abiword 1.0.2

Some thing to know :
- There is no gnome flavor (i think Marc Matteo will be happy to
provide me a diff :).
- i use peer wv until anil will provide the flavor i asked to him for
the in-tree port.
- i also use peer psiconv, i should update the port i submited a while
ago to see if i can put it as dependency.
