The port sets the OS Revision explicitly and expects a recent 3.1-current

You have two choices:

1. use the release not the port it autodetects up to 3.1-stable
2. Remove the file pftop/patch/patch-Makefile and rebuild.
   this enables autodetection. But some 3.1-current features will
   not be used.
