Hi,

I have updated the gnu Ghostscript port to the latest stable Gnu Ghostscript
7.05 (patch file attached in this mail), and also enabled the ijs driver. (I
have a new port for hpijs driver, I send that later to ports@)

The old patches under the patch directory are removed. I don't know the
history about them, but everything seams to work without them.
