updated port: cdparanoia-III-0.98 alpha (broken)

i updated the cdparanoia port from 0.97 to 0.98. unfortunately, it is
majorly broken due to changes in the autosensing code & messaging code.
the patches are a merge between espie's, the netbsd port's, and my own.
it appears to be marked as broken on netbsd as well. but if anyone feels
up to playing with it, it's at:

it extracts to audio/cdparanoia.new
