sparc 3.1-release build failures

These ports didn't build for the final 3.1 release package build
run on sparc:

comms/minicom
    configure: "No suitable default serial port"

graphics/fxtv
    Something about XF86.  The port should be marked ONLY_FOR_ARCHS
    anyway, since it doesn't make sense for archs that don't have
    PCI.

lang/scm
lang/unicon
    I guess these lack sparc support.

shells/ast-ksh
    Er, yes, I know.

And yes, that means that everything else built.
