You've mailed the wrong place.

ports@ is for the Ports system -- userland software, convenient
installation.  It's a BSD thing, started by FreeBSD.

You want to go the OpenBSD website, go to hardware platforms, and click
on sparc64.  Which brings you to:

which includes contact information if you're interested in working on
it.
