New port mail/prepop

Hello,

prepop is a simple interactive pop3 client.  Works like an FTP
session designed for pop3.  Very suitable for dialups and other
slow connections.  It's more of a complementing application doing
some of the things your existing email client should have handled
in the first place.  I have tested the port on 2.9 i386 and works
fine.  You can find it at:
