Yes, I was aware of that. I did a grep -r '/' in the source after
hearing about slashpackage issues, of course. :-)

Okay, so you only have to change things in package/, or perhaps forget
about them alltogether. After all, the compilation makefile is
quite ok as it is so all one has to worry about is ${INSTALL}ing
the stuff and configuring and running it.

Ah. I don't personally subscribe to the lists - I just got this
impression from Nick's post; sorry for being assumptive and jumping
into conclusions. :-)
