New port net/gtkhx

Hello,

GtkHx is a gtk+ based Hotline client based on Hx, a Hotline client.
I have tested the port on 2.9 i386 and works fine.  The only problem
is that the distfile cannot be found at ${MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE},
so I set MASTER_SITES to http://gtkhx.sourceforge.net/files/, since
it seems that the authors keep there the releases.  Please test it,
and let me know, you can find the port here:
